All our items are made just for you, so please allow 3–7 business days for us to create and ship your order. For specially sourced or custom materials, it may take a little longer since we carefully order, personalize, and prepare each piece. We do our very best to get your gift to you quickly while making sure it’s perfect.

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number so you can follow along.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and location. Sometimes we run free shipping promotions—sign up for our newsletter so you don’t miss them!

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package doesn’t arrive or gets damaged, let us know right away at augustamade706@gmail.com, and we’ll help make it right.
